Based at: Crews Hill and/or Brimsdown, Enfield
Position reports to: Creative Director
Job purpose: To generate marketing material across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- quarterly production of Company Newsletter
- monthly production of marketing information to go with statements
- management of the company website
- ad hoc production of marketing communications
- ad hoc and regular email newsletters
- ad hoc production of catalogues, brochures, pricelists, signage, adverts, direct marketing
- ad hoc production of Power Point presentations for management
- liaison with printers, advertisers, suppliers, staff, management and others
- collating / generating / writing of news stories to feature in communications
- ensure documentation is stored electronically
- proactively suggest changes and initiatives
- work with electronic systems to eliminate paper
- monitor problems and ensure they are shared with staff and resolved
- work with all members of staff to enable everyone to succeed
Key skills required:
- very strong computer skills - especially Graphics & Publishing packages, Word, Excel and
internet applications
- ability to work with Creative Director to generate corporate ID and then use throughout all
other communications
- attention to detail
- strong design skills
- excellent written English
- work proactively and independently to ensure successful marketing operations
- ability to work within a team to the benefit of all
- reliability, honesty, trustworthyness
Hours:
- Flexible 40 hours per week plus 1 hour lunch each day
- part-time contract considered
Salary & benefits:
- £ tbc per annum
- plus overtime when applicable
- plus personal performance bonus and a general company bonus
- plus pension contributions after 12 months service
- Holiday: 24 days per annum (pro rata for part time staff)
